ELIGIBILITY
Open to individuals in leadership positions (executives, directors, founders, etc.) across all sectors.
Nominee must have held a leadership role for at least 12 months at their current organization.
Must demonstrate a clear record of innovation initiatives during the eligibility period (past 1–2 years).
