The Aspiring Leader Recognition award celebrates individuals who are at the early stages of their leadership journey and have demonstrated exceptional potential, initiative, and commitment to growth. This award is designed to recognize emerging talents who inspire others, show promise for future leadership roles, and contribute positively to their teams, organizations, or communities.
These individuals may not yet hold formal leadership titles but consistently exhibit leadership behaviors, such as initiative, influence, collaboration, resilience, and vision.
ELIGIBILITY
Open to individuals across all industries and sectors.
Must have less than 5 years of experience in a leadership, managerial, or supervisory capacity.
Can be self-nominated or nominated by a peer, supervisor, or mentor.
Open to professionals, entrepreneurs, students, or early-career employees.
