This includes professionals leading major tech projects, founding or scaling tech companies, driving digital transformation, or creating technology-based solutions that make a difference. This category recognises women at the forefront of technological change who are not only building products or platforms but also inspiring and shaping the future of tech for all.
ELIGIBILITY
Open to women-identifying individuals in the tech industry (startups, corporates, academia, or nonprofits)
Must have made significant technical, strategic, or operational contributions
Can include roles such as: CTO, Product Manager, Data Scientist, Developer, AI/ML Expert, Tech Founder, etc.
Should demonstrate leadership or influence in the wider tech ecosystem
Judging Criteria
Innovation: Use of technology to solve real-world problems
Leadership: Direction, mentorship, or vision provided to teams or projects
Impact: Measurable outcomes of their work on users, business, or society
Inclusion: Commitment to diversity and inclusion in tech
QUALITATIVE CRITERIA
Passion for technology and continuous learning
Visionary thinking in applying tech for growth or impact
Influence on women’s participation or representation in tech
Strong communication, decision-making, and collaboration skills
METRICS
Number and scale of tech products/projects delivered
Revenue, user adoption, or engagement metrics
Funding raised (if founder) or budgets managed (if executive)
Patents, publications, or recognitions in tech forums
Size and diversity of tech teams managed
ADDITIONAL CRITERIA
Nominee must be in a tech-driven role or organization
Contributions should be within the last 3–5 years
Can be in any sector: FinTech, HealthTech, EdTech, SaaS, AI, Cybersecurity, etc.
