ELIGIBILITY
Open to women-identifying professionals in government, civil services, law enforcement, education boards, public health, or policy-making
Includes elected officials, senior bureaucrats, public administrators, or civic advocates
Minimum 5 years of impact-driven experience in public service or governance
National, regional, or local level leadership accepted
Judging Criteria
Governance Impact: Reforms, efficiency, or transparency improvements
Civic Innovation: Programs or systems that improved public life
Leadership & Ethics: Integrity, resilience, and ability to lead through challenges
Community Engagement: Public outreach, inclusion, and stakeholder responsiveness
QUALITATIVE CRITERIA
Dedication to policy transformation or institutional reform
Addressing inequalities, improving access to services, or crisis response
Collaboration with diverse communities and sectors
Mentorship or advocacy for women in government roles
METRICS
Size or scope of reforms (number of citizens affected, funds managed)
Service delivery efficiency metrics (wait times, cost savings, coverage)
Citizen satisfaction or trust index improvements
Awards or recognitions from government or watchdog agencies
ADDITIONAL CRITERIA
Both appointed and elected roles are eligible
